KTX horizontal Inline pump is non-self-priming, single stage single suction, horizontal axial inlet, radial outlet centrifugal pump.

According to the characteristics of single stage singlesuction pump, referring to the domestic andinternational standards, excellent hydraulic model isadopted to optimize the impeller design, increase theinlet diameter, increase the water separation baffle,effectively eliminate the inlet eddy current, reduce thepump cavitation margin, so that the pump runssmoothly and low noise.

The pump performance curve is gentle, the flow rangeis wide, the head distribution is reasonable, and theefficiency of the pump is improved by CFD. Itsperformance is similar to that of foreign counterparts,and it has good hydraulic performance.

The bottom of the pump body is fixed with the base,and the pump adopts the backpull structure. There is no need to remove the pump body and pipeline duringmaintenance.

The shaft seal adopts imported or Sino-foreign joint venture high-end brand mechanical seal, better wear resistance and sealing performance. Compared with similar types of products, it is not easy to be affected by impurities in the pump conveying medium.

 

 

 

 

 

Horizontal Inline pump are suitable for conveying liquids that are thin, clean, free of solid particles oifilbers, or similar in physical and chemical properties to water. Pumps are specially designed to operate in non-corrosiveand non-explosive environments; The relative humidity must not exceed 95%.Ambient humidity and installation altitude affect the life of the motor bearing and insulation system, which is animportant factor affecting the life of the motor. lf the ambient temperature exceeds the recommended maximumtemperature, or the installation altitude is too high, the ar density is low, and the air cooling effect is poor, you need to consider choosing a motor with higher output power.
