Product Overview

GDF(2) series vertical stainless steel pump is a new generation of energy-saving and efficient product developed by our company with a brand-new design concept in response to market development demands. The design of the product conforms to the Technical Specification for Centrifugal Pumps (ClassⅡ) (GB/T5656).

GDF(2) series vertical stainless steel pump is designed to the single-stage single-suction direct-coupled structure, featuring more compact structure, more economical installation space, smaller size and lighter weight. Main features: compact structure,high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, sturdy and durable,simple and convenient maintenance, etc.

Application

It is mainly used for pumping and transporting non-corrosive or slightly corrosive liquid media with physical and chemical properties similar to water at normal temperature. It is widely applied in domestic water supply, pure water systems, soft drink transportation, pharmaceutical transportation, food processing industry, liquid transportation in breweries and dairy product plants, Marine aquaculture and other industries, as well as electroplating, light chemical industry, sewage environmental protection treatment and other fields.

Pump Structure and Features

The flow passage components and main shaft of this series pump are made of high-quality ZG06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel to ensure a longer service life. If the flow passage components need to be made of ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti or other materials, please specify it during ordering;

The inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same axis and have the same diameter, therefore, the pump can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. The pump is small in size, light in weight, convenient to install and use, and can save more space than traditional horizontal pumps.

The pump is designed to the structure with the cover opening from the top, the pump cover can be removed for replacing the impeller and mechanical seal without disassembling the inlet and outlet water pipelines, which makes the maintenance more convenient.

It adopts high-quality fluororubber mechanical seal with a leak-free design.
