The structure is submerged with one suction, single stage, and direct couplet, so it is compact. This type is flexible installation space, symmetrical size, light weight, energy saving of high efficiency, low noise, durability.easy maintenance,and so on.

 

 

This type can be widely applied to industrial water circulation of low head. Especially, it is associated with equipments of different UV painting, and pre-processing engineering. The biggest advantage: it is skeletonoil seal, low maintenance fee, and simplicity. it is better to be associated with spraying equipment of UV paintand water-soluble paint. Equipment of explosion-proof is also available for the request of environment.

 

 

The structure of circulation water pump is submersible, so part of pump is submerged. Pump is no need to infuse water, and easily installed.

Pump and motor are the same axle. Water inflow pipe and discharge pipe of the same caliber areperpendicular to axle. This type is balanced size, suitable light, and easy maintenance, and it is more compactthan traditional centrifugal pump.

The design is rubber skeleton oil seal, and its material is polytetrafluoroethylene. lt is easy to maintain, andreplace,and expense is low.

Superior processing SuS 304 stainless steel (ZG06Cr19Ni10) is the material of flowing parts and main axle.so they are durability, corrosion resistance, and longevity. if working environment is more severe. and thematerial of flowing parts and main axle needs ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, or ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti. Please advise us whenordering.From motor to look down, the rotation of pump is clockwise.

 

 

 

1 The pump should be fixed based on water tank, so it will not beloose, and stable in operation.

2 When the pump is in water tank, the distance from the bottom tosucking nozzle of pump should be higher than 1/3 height of water level.

3 The filter of sucking nozzle can not be taken away to prevent thedamage of impellers from impurities. Please also clean the water tank.

4 In order for the need of cooling and water lubrication of immersed components, the water level of tank must be in the range of immersion limit gauge of pump, 0~60mm
