Ultraviolet Sterilizer Equipment uses 304 or 316L stainless steel as the main material, high-purity quartz tubes as the casing, and works with high-performance quartz ultraviolet low-pressure mercury disinfection lamp tubes. It features strong sterilizing power, long service life, stable and reliable operation. Its sterilization efficiency is ≥99%, and the service life of imported lamps is ≥9000 hours.Ultraviolet Sterilizer Equipment has been widely used in:

1. Optimal operating conditions of the ultraviolet sterilizer: water temperature :5°C-50°C; relative humidity: ≤93% Voltage: AC 220V, 50 Hz The water quality of the drinking water entering the treatment equipment should ensure a transmittance of 95% ~ 100% at 1 cm. When the water quality of the water to be treated is lower than the national standard, for examples, chromaticity higher than 15 degrees, turbidity higher than 3NTU, and iron content higher than 0.3 mg/L, other purification and filtration methods should be adopted to make the water quality meet the purification standards, and then ultraviolet sterilization equipment should be used.

2. Regularly inspect the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the ultraviolet lamp. The ultraviolet lamp should be kept on all the time, for the repeated turning on and off will seriously affect the service life of the lamp tube.

3. Regular cleaning: The ultraviolet lamp tubes and quartz glass bushings need to be cleaned regularly according to the water quality: Use alcohol cotton balls or gauze to wipe the lamp tubes to remove the dirt on the quartz glass bushings and wipe them clean to avoid affecting the transmittance of ultraviolet rays, which may affect the sterilization effect.

4. Replacement of lamp tubes: Imported ultraviolet lamp tubes should be replaced after continuous use for 9000 hours to ensure a high sterilization rate. When replacing the lamp tube, first unplug the power socket of the lamp tube, pull out the lamp tube, and then carefully insert the cleaned new lamp tube into the sterilizer. Install the seal ring properly, check for any leakage, and then plug in the power supply. Be careful not to touch the quartz glass of the new lamp tube with your fingers, otherwise the sterilization effect will be affected due to stains.

5. Prevention of ultraviolet radiation: Ultraviolet rays have a powerful killing effect on bacteria and also cause certain harm to the human body. When the disinfection lamp is turned on, direct exposure to the human body should be avoided. Wear protective glasses when necessary. Do not look at the light source straight to avoid burning the eye membrane.
