Product description

 

The YLLZ series is developed for vertical high-flow circulation duties in condenser and cooling systems where large water volume and low head are the main operating requirements. Its vertical arrangement helps save floor space and makes the pump especially suitable for packaged cooling equipment and evaporative condenser installations.

This series is commonly used in condenser water circulation, cooling loops, and auxiliary transfer duties where stable flow delivery is more critical than high discharge pressure.

Pump Structure

 

The YLLZ high flow centrifugal pump features a direct-coupled design in which the motor drives the pump directly, reducing the number of spare parts required. The volute casing, suction flange, and discharge flange are integrally cast.

The impeller is designed with balanced hydraulics and mounted in a cantilever arrangement. The flow passage adopts a multi-channel, variable linear design, giving the pump excellent suction performance, high efficiency, and strong resistance to cavitation.

The motor is a fully enclosed, fan-cooled, squirrel-cage vertical motor with direct coupling.

The YLLZ high flow centrifugal pump offers a simple structure, reliable performance, compact size, light weight, low noise, strong anti-cavitation capability, low energy consumption, and easy operation and maintenance.

Application scope

 

The high-flow centrifugal pump is designed for applications that require high flow rates and low head, such as industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, garden irrigation, HVAC cooling water circulation, bathroom pressure boosting, and equipment integration.

It is mainly used for transferring diluted, clean, non-corrosive water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, provided they are free of solid particles and fibers.
