Product description

The SD series Leakproof pump features a special single-stage, single-suction design and is specially developed for the surface treatment industry, including UV coating, water-based paint spraying, exhaust scrubber dust removal, and the coating industry.

In these applications, the extracted liquid often mixes with paint residue or treatment solution, which can harden and build up on the mechanical seal surface. This may prevent the rotating and stationary seal faces from sealing properly, resulting in leakage.

Its key features include a dual-chamber concealed sealing design that helps prevent damage to the mechanical seal, allowing the pump to operate reliably even under harsh working conditions. It also offers long service life, leak-free performance, a compact installation footprint, small overall size, and easy maintenance.

The SD Leakproof pump features a dedicated cooling chamber and oil chamber to prevent media scaling on mechanical seal mating surfaces, effectively eliminating leakage or clogging caused by sediment buildup.

Advanced Design

The SD Leakproof Pump also use our self-developed one-piece molded terminal box, motor housing and fan cover, as well as the integrated motor-pump structure.

Active Thermal Regulation

The pump facilitates liquid circulation through the cooling chamber to lower oil temperature, providing continuous cooling for the mechanical seal to ensure optimal performance.
