Products Description

 

The YLX series vertical circulator pump is specially designed for handling industrial wastewater containing particles. These particles can easily cause mechanical seal failure and leakage, which may lead to environmental contamination. This pump series is widely used in industrial water circulation systems and is particularly suitable for supporting equipment in various painting lines and pre-treatment processes. Its main function is to pump or transfer water, water-like liquids, and wastewater containing particles smaller than 150 mm, provided they do not contain fibers or abrasive substances.

The YLX series vertical circulator pump can be fitted with an explosion-proof configuration rated Ex d IIB T4 to meet environmental requirements. If special explosion-proof specifications are needed, please indicate them when placing the order.

Product features

 

1. The Vertical circulation pump and the motor are coaxial, eliminating the need for adjusting the alignment. The installation is convenient. The pump is of vertical direct connection type, which can save more than 50% of the floor space compared to ordinary single-stage centrifugal pumps.

2. The pump is of submersible structure. The motor part is installed on the installation base, while the pump body is directly immersed in the liquid. No water filling is required, and there is no leakage. It is easy to use.

Especially, it has a better matching effect with the spraying equipment for UV paint and water-soluble paints.

3. The main structural parts of the pump: pump body, impeller, coupling frame, etc. The common material of the pump is HT200. A stainless steel impeller can be selected as an option.

Instructions for using and installing the pump

 

1. Before installation, check if there is any deformation or damage during transportation, and if the fasteners are loose or fallen off.

2. A pressure gauge should be installed at the water outlet flange of the pump to facilitate observation and control of the pump's operating conditions. The measurement range of the gauge is 0.6 MPa. 2.

3. Ensure that there is an appropriate distance between the pump suction inlet and the bottom of the pool to avoid the pump running empty due to too small a distance.

4. The pump must be installed in a ventilated area. The weight of the pipeline must not be borne by the pump.

When installing the pump outdoors, a pump protection cover should be added to prevent sun exposure and rainwater exposure.

5. Wiring: The wiring must be done according to the requirements on the nameplate. During wiring, the connection terminals must be firmly connected. Loose connections will cause poor contact and lead to phase failure. An overload protection device must be used on the wiring line, and the setting value of the protection device should be adjusted according to the current requirements on the motor nameplate.

6. When installing, pay attention to the highest and lowest liquid levels of the pump. Do not operate the pump beyond the water level.

7. Test the motor by point-turning to check if the direction is in line with the arrow indication (from the motor end, it is clockwise rotation).

8. Regularly check if the pump is running smoothly and if there is any leakage. Replace the sealing parts regularly to ensure the performance of the pump.

9. Regularly check the temperature change of the motor housing. The maximum temperature should not exceed 85℃. If the temperature is too high, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

10. When the pump is not in use for a long time, drain the accumulated rust, apply anti-rust oil, and ensure it is ready for next use.
