Product Introduction
The GDX Vertical single stage centrifugal pump is a non-self-priming, vertical, direct-coupled, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. The suction and discharge nozzles are the same size and are arranged on the same horizontal centerline.
The pump casing functions as a section of pipeline. During maintenance, the rotor assembly can be removed from the top, and the casing can be sealed with a blind flange, allowing the system to continue operating normally without interruption.
The shaft seal of the GDX vertical single stage centrifugal pump uses imported or premium joint-venture mechanical seals from high-end brands, offering superior wear resistance and sealing performance. Compared with similar products, it is also less susceptible to impurities in the pumped medium.
Structure
The inlet and outlet flanges of the cast iron pump casing on the GDX vertical single stage centrifugal pump comply with GB/T 17241.6 (ISO 7005-2) and are rated PN16.
Designed in accordance with international standards, the GDX vertical single stage centrifugal pump incorporates a high-efficiency hydraulic model with optimized head distribution, significantly improving overall operating efficiency.
The GDX vertical single stage centrifugal pump and motor are integrated in a direct-coupled design, resulting in a more compact structure, reduced weight, and easier installation.

Products Advantages
Features Of a Vertical Single Stage Centrifugal Pump
Motor
4-pole IE3 motor delivers high energy efficiency with minimal vibration and low noise levels.
Self Developed Motor Housing
Self-developed motor housing and fan cover maximize heat dissipation surface area, effectively lowering operating temperatures.
Bearings Protection
The rear cover of the motor is equipped with an oil seal, which prevent liquid or corrosive gas from entering the rear bearing during use and ensure the stability of the bearing.
Advanced PN16 Casting
Leveraging precision casting technology, the product comes standard with a PN16 reinforced pump body for higher pressure resistance.
Application of pump
The GDX Vertical single stage centrifugal pump is a versatile water transfer and booster product. It is suitable for pumping diluted, clean, non-corrosive water at normal temperatures, as well as liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water and a viscosity below 5°E. It is widely used in water supply and drainage, refrigeration, fire protection, electroplating, chemical processing, extrusion equipment, and environmental wastewater treatment systems.

FAQ
Q: Does a vertical single-stage centrifugal pump take up less space?
A: Yes, that's one of its main benefits. Because the motor and pump are built in a vertical layout, it needs much less floor space than many horizontal pumps. That makes it a practical choice for plant rooms, commercial buildings, and other tight installation areas.
Q: Is this pump a good option for building service systems?
A: Absolutely. It is often used in building water circulation and pressure boosting systems because it delivers stable performance and fits easily into compact mechanical rooms. It's a popular choice for residential, commercial, and light industrial projects.
Q: Will the pump be noisy during operation?
A: Under normal operating conditions, it usually runs smoothly with low vibration and controlled noise levels. Correct installation, proper alignment, and a suitable piping setup all help keep the pump running quietly and efficiently.
