Precautions

Before starting up and running the pump, turns the fan blades to check if they rotate smoothly withoutabnormal sounds. The pump is not allowed to be started before the pump is not filled with liquid or the air inthe pump body is completely drained.

1. Water injection of (pump)

Close the valve, loosen the air relief cock on the pump head and unscrew it to a certain degree to drainoff the air inside the pump body. It should be noted that the vent hole on the air relief cock should not pointto people, motor or other objects that are not suitable for contact with the liquid in the pipeline. Besides, theair relief cock should not be removed, especiall for the pump for pumping hot water or chemical agents.During this operation, pay more attention to avoiding the air relief cock pointing to people, motor or otherobjects that are not suitable for contact with the liquid in the pipeline in case of injury or damage.

Slowly open the valve until the liquid flows out of the vent hole evenly.

Tighten the air relief cock and fully open the valve.

2. Running

Before the pump starts, the inlet valve should be fully opened, and the outlet valve is slightly opened.

Start the pump and check the rotation direction. Slowly open the outlet valve to adjust the pump flow tothe required value.

Pay attention to the operation of the pump. If finding any abnormality, stop the pump in time for trouble-shooting.
