Production description

 

Based on market demand, we have developed the new-generation YLXF series Stainless steel circulation pump. This series features a single-suction, single-stage, direct-coupled design, resulting in a compact structure. It also offers flexible installation, a symmetrical layout, light weight, high energy efficiency, low noise, long service life, and easy maintenance.

The stainless steel circulator pump features a submersible design, with part of the pump body immersed in water. It does not require priming, making installation simple and convenient.

The pump body and motor share the same shaft. The suction and discharge pipes, which are the same diameter, are arranged vertically to the shaft. This design gives the pump a well-balanced structure, light weight, and easy maintenance, while making it more compact than conventional centrifugal pumps.

It uses a rubber-framed oil seal made of PTFE, which is easy to maintain and replace at low cost. The wetted parts and main shaft are made of high-quality SUS 304 stainless steel (ZG06Cr19Ni10), giving the stainless steel circulator pump excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life. For more demanding operating conditions, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti or ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti can be used for the wetted parts and main shaft. Please specify this when placing the order. Viewed from the motor side, the pump rotates clockwise.

 

Usage

 

This type of stainless steel circulator pump is widely used in low-head industrial water circulation systems, especially in various UV coating equipment and pre-treatment systems. Its biggest advantage is the use of a skeleton oil seal, which keeps maintenance costs low and the overall structure simple. It is particularly well suited for use with UV paint and water-based coating equipment. Explosion-proof versions can also be provided to meet specific environmental requirements.
