Equipment Overview

The Rubber ball cleaning system uses a 100% physical cleaning method. Powered by the system's own pump pressure, the cleaning balls are sent from the ball collector to the condenser, where the flushing force of the water flow, together with the friction between the rubber balls and the inner walls of the heat exchange tubes, removes scale, dirt, and biofilm buildup inside the tubes.

At the cooling water outlet, the balls are recovered back to the ball collector through the ball trap by means of hydraulic flow principles, completing one cleaning cycle. The PES intelligent programmable controller can be set for cleaning frequency or cleaning time, and it also supports automatic operation linked to the start-up of the air-conditioning chiller, enabling fully automatic online cleaning of the condenser tubes.

As a result, the system improves the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser, reduces energy consumption, enhances overall energy efficiency, and helps save energy in actual operation.

Advantages and Features of System

why choose us

Rubber ball cleaning system

This rubber ball cleaning system enables automatic online cleaning while the equipment is running, allowing the condenser or heat exchanger tubes to be cleaned continuously without shutdown. This helps reduce maintenance downtime, improve operating efficiency, and increase overall equipment availability.

By continuously removing scale, biofilm, and other deposits from the tube walls, the system maintains efficient heat transfer at all times. In many cases, it can help users achieve noticeable energy savings and shorten the payback period on their investment. The cleaning process is entirely physical, using specially designed soft cleaning balls to scrub the inner tube surfaces without the need for chemical agents, making it more environmentally friendly and better aligned with green, energy-saving requirements.

By reducing the effects of scaling and corrosion, the system also helps lower the risk of tube failure and abnormal wear, while extending the service life of key equipment such as condensers and heat exchangers. At the same time, it uses a patented ball recovery design that keeps the cleaning balls circulating within a closed-loop system with virtually no loss. Intelligent models can also be equipped with a touch-screen interface and viewing window, making it easy to monitor the condition and quantity of the cleaning balls in real time.

The cleaning balls themselves are made of durable natural rubber, offering good flexibility and minimizing the risk of damage to the inner tube walls. Combined with the system's reliable overall structure and minimal moving parts, this results in low day-to-day maintenance requirements and provides users with an efficient, stable, and low-maintenance online cleaning solution.

FAQ

Q: What is a rubber ball cleaning system used for?

A: A rubber ball cleaning system is used to keep the inside of heat exchanger tubes clean while the equipment is still running. The rubber balls move through the tubes with the water flow and help remove soft deposits before they build up into a bigger problem.

Q: Do the rubber balls need to be replaced regularly?

A: Yes, they do over time. The balls wear down as they circulate through the system, so they need to be checked and replaced when necessary. Keeping the balls in good condition is important if you want the cleaning result to stay consistent.

Q: What should be confirmed before choosing a rubber ball cleaning system?

A: You should confirm the tube size, tube material, water flow conditions, heat exchanger type, and the overall operating layout. It also helps to know the fouling tendency of the system, because that affects how the cleaning system should be configured.
