The backwash filter is developed on the basis of the ZQG automatic backwash drain filter. By monitoring the pressure differential across the filter screen-that is, the resistance before and after filtration-and working with automated components and an electric actuator, it can complete the entire filtration, cleaning, and discharge process fully automatically.

In addition to all the functions of a standard automatic backwash drain filter, this backwashing filter also offers full automation, including automatic filtration, automatic discharge, and automatic backwashing. This model can be controlled either by differential pressure or by a timer, and the cleaning and discharge interval can be freely set according to actual operating conditions. Cleaning and discharge are carried out online during filtration, so there is no need to stop the water flow during operation.

The backwash filter consists of a housing, a stainless steel filter element, an impurity collection chamber, a motorized impurity discharge outlet, a motorized butterfly valve for water flow control, a detection system, an actuator, and a control cabinet. Based on the installation method and flow direction, it is available in two types: straight-through and angle type.
