Keep the unit level during installation.

The product has already undergone pressure testing and air chamber charging before leaving the factory, so the user does not need to perform another pressure test. During on-site installation, the tank must not be disassembled without authorization, in order to avoid personal injury caused by the gas inside the tank and to prevent damage to the sealing performance of the equipment.

The equipment room should have good ventilation conditions. The room temperature in winter should not be lower than 2°C. If installed outdoors, anti-freezing measures must be taken.

If the commissioning personnel find that the tank needs to be recharged with gas during commissioning, the following procedure must be strictly followed.

1) Commissioning procedure for the air pressure tank:
The principle should be to fill with water first and then charge with nitrogen. Water filling can be carried out using the municipal water supply system. During filling, open the vent valve. When the air in the water chamber has been completely discharged, stop filling and close the vent valve. Then begin gas charging.

2) Gas charging procedure:
Before charging, adjust the upper and lower pointers of the electric contact pressure gauge to the maximum pressure and minimum pressure positions. Then open the charging valve and begin filling. When the charging pressure reaches the maximum pressure value, stop charging and close the charging valve.
