The vacuum pump is mainly used for extracting gases that are free of solid particles, insoluble in water, and non-corrosive. By means of the water ring, it creates negative pressure in a sealed system, making it suitable for applications such as vacuum filtration, vacuum drying, vacuum dewatering, and vacuum extraction.

The pump is equipped with a bronze impeller. If it is intended for handling corrosive gases or liquids, the corresponding corrosion-resistant materials must be used and should be specified when placing the order.

Motor

This series uses fully enclosed, fan-cooled, standard motors, with insulation class F and protection class IP55;

Advanced Sealed Terminal Box

The terminal box is one-piece molded from specialized materials for enhanced sealing integrity and a robust protection rating.

This vacuum pump features a direct-coupled, coaxial design between the pump and motor, resulting in a compact overall structure, easy installation, a smaller footprint, and more convenient disassembly and maintenance.

It is equipped with a bronze impeller for stable operation and improved corrosion resistance, which helps extend service life. For more demanding operating conditions, stainless steel impeller options are also available. Combined with a high-precision mechanical seal, the pump delivers more reliable sealing performance and reduces the risk of leakage. The unit adopts a 100% oil-free water-ring design and incorporates German technology, making operation more environmentally friendly and better suited to modern industrial requirements for clean production.

The vacuum pump is widely used in plastic extrusion and molding, vacuum distillation, solvent recovery, wood treatment and drying, impregnation, drying processes, vacuum packaging, vacuum extraction, vacuum sterilization, and vacuum filling. It is also suitable for auxiliary water priming in water treatment plants, condenser make-up water in power stations, and supporting vacuum systems in hospitals, laboratories, and other sterile environments.
