CDLF multistage water pump is a multifunctional product that can convey various different media ranging from tap water to industrial liquids. It is suitable for different temperature, flow and pressure ranges.

CDL is applicable to non-corrosive liquids, while CDLF is suitable for slightly corrosive liquids.

● Water supply: filtration and transportation in water plants, district water supply in water plants, booster for main pipes, booster for high-rise buildings.

● Industrial boosting: process water systems, cleaning systems, high-pressure flushing systems, fire protection systems.

● Industrial liquid transportation: cooling and air conditioning systems, boiler feed water and condensation systems, machine tool accessories, acids and alkalis.

1. All the curves are based on the measured values of the motor at a constant speed of 2900 rpm or 2950 rpm.

2. The curve tolerances comply with ISO9906, Appendix A.

3. The test uses water at 20°C without air, with a kinematic viscosity of 1 mm/s.

4. The pump's use follows the performance range of the bolded curve to prevent overheating due to insufficient flow and motor overload due to excessive flow.

 

 

CDLF multistage water pump is a non-self-priming vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump for standard motors.

The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft through the pump head using a coupling.

The pull rod bolts fix the pressure-resistant cylinder and flow components between the pump head and the inlet and outlet sections. The inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same straight line at the pump base. This pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector according to needs, which can effectively protect the pump from dry running, phase loss, overload, etc.
