Products Description

The WQ Submersible sewage pump is a new-generation pump developed by our company in compliance with GB/T 24674 standards. The pump consists of three main parts: the hydraulic end, the sealing system, and the motor.

The motor is located at the upper section of the pump and is available in either single-phase or three-phase asynchronous versions. The pump body is positioned at the lower section and features a channel-type impeller with a volute casing structure.

A mechanical seal is used between the pump and the motor as the dynamic seal, while all fixed sealing positions are fitted with oil-resistant O-rings for static sealing, ensuring reliable overall performance.

The rotor shaft is made of stainless steel to provide greater mechanical strength, improve wear and corrosion resistance, and make impeller maintenance and disassembly more convenient.

Scope of Application

 

The WQ Submersible sewage pump is widely used in industrial, agricultural, mining, construction, municipal, and environmental applications. It is suitable for handling liquids containing short fibers, paper debris, sand, and other solid particles or soft solids, such as muddy water, gray water, domestic wastewater, sewage, and slurry containing human or animal waste.

It is an ideal solution for agricultural irrigation and drainage, pond and river dredging, and construction site dewatering. However, it is not suitable for use in applications that require explosion-proof equipment.
