Production description
This horizontal acid and alkali resistant pump features a unique internal shaft seal structure with a self-cooling Teflon bellows seal design, providing more stable sealing performance under corrosive operating conditions. Its self-priming design delivers strong suction capability, with a maximum suction lift of up to 20 ft, and includes a check valve to effectively prevent backflow inside the pump.
The pump body is available in CFRPP or PVDF, offering excellent resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and corrosion, making it suitable for a wide range of chemical liquid transfer applications. The rear cover, shaft seal guard, and base are integrally molded, which improves overall structural stability and also makes maintenance and assembly more convenient.
To ensure stable operation, it is recommended to install a foot valve at the inlet to prevent foreign matter from being drawn into the pump, and a check valve at the outlet to reduce damage caused by backflow during shutdown and to minimize the effects of dry running.
