The CP series water circulator pump is developed by our company based on the characteristics of single-stage, single-suction pumps and is designed to meet the supporting requirements of water supply, refrigeration, hot water engineering systems, and related mechanical equipment. With reference to both domestic and international standards, the pump is engineered using a scientifically designed hydraulic model.

The main features of this series include compact size, light weight, minimal space requirements, and the use of a two-pole motor. It also offers a well-structured and compact design, low noise, high efficiency, energy savings, and easy maintenance.

The CP series water circulator pump is mainly used for pumping clean water at normal temperatures and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is widely applied in water supply and refrigeration systems, as well as in supporting mechanical and industrial equipment.

Instructions for use

 

1. Please do not connect to electricity and run before filling water to prevent mechanical seals frombeing damaged.

2. This series of home use water pump are non-submersible electric pumps. Do not immerse in water toprevent electric shock, Protective devices should be added especially when installed outdoors.

3. Do not operate under low or high voltage. The power supply voltage can only be lower or higher thanthe nameplate voltage value by 10V, otherwise the electrical part of the pump will be easily damaged.

4. Please connect the earth wire reliably at the place with earth wire symbol, and be careful not toconnect the earth wire to the live wire.

5. When it is not used for a long time and then reopened, the shaft end of the fan blade should berotated, and it can be powered on only after making sure that the rotation is flexible to prevent the rustfrom jamming the impeller.

6. Before winter in cold areas, make a warm and antifreeze device to prevent freezing and cracking ofthe pump.

7. The water pump is installed indoors. lf water leakage is found in the water pump or connecting partsplease tighten the screws or replace the parts in time to avoid affecting the wall or damaging thedecoration.

8. This series of electric pumps are equipped with thermal protectors. When the motor is overheatedthe thermal protector will cut off the electrical appliances and the electric pump will stop running. Aftera few minutes, the thermal protector will reset and the electric pump will resume operation.
